My first ever international pole retreat is here… and I honestly couldn’t think of anywhere more magical to begin than Bali.

Five unforgettable days of pole, sunshine, adventure and complete escapism, staying together in our own private luxury villa, with a private chef, beautiful surroundings and plenty of slow afternoons around the pool.

This is so much more than a pole retreat. It’s a carefully curated Bali experience, combining incredible training, unforgettable memories, adventure and those little luxury touches that make a trip feel really special.

18 hours of pole workshops
Three dedicated training days with 6 hours of workshops each day, giving us time to learn, play, challenge ourselves and completely immerse ourselves in pole.

POLE WORKSHOPS

Our pole workshops will be carefully curated to give you a varied, exciting mix of training across the retreat.

We’ll cover a range of different pole styles, shapes, transitions and combinations, with plenty of fresh inspiration to take home and continue working on long after Bali.

Expect a mixture of beautiful shapes, flowing combinations, dynamic movement, transitions, technique and creative sequences, with sessions designed to challenge you, build confidence and give you lots of new material without feeling repetitive.

The aim is for you to leave Bali feeling inspired, stronger and with a whole bank of new shapes, combos and ideas to bring back into your own pole practice.

Full-day Bali excursion
One day away from the studio to explore and experience more of the island.

Sunrise Mount Batur hike
An unforgettable sunrise hike to the top of Bali’s active volcano — one of those bucket-list moments you’ll remember forever.

Optional morning meditation + movement
Slow, grounding mornings for anyone wanting to join before the day begins.

Chilled pool afternoons
Because not every second needs to be scheduled. There will be plenty of time to sunbathe, swim, read, nap and actually enjoy being in Bali.

Optional organised evening events
Safe, organised evenings for anyone wanting to experience Bali after dark — completely optional.

Internal transfers included
